A low slope roof leads up to 14 foot ceiling height and large expanse of windows. Allow in natural daylight or enjoy starlit skies from all areas of the home. This 1756 square foot bungalow has a spacious master bedroom complete with an ensuite and walk in closet/laundry room. The finished basement is complete with a guest bedroom, three piece bath, sauna, media room, and gymnasium. The two and a half car garage is finished with Trusscore, heated cement flooring, and a loft for additional storage.
The windows are energy star high efficiency LowE Argon. The heat loss and gain of the windows is offset by geothermal in floor radiant heat throughout the home and garage, spray foam insulation, and an ICF foundation.

This modern garage has been finished with trusscore wall and ceiling board for a clean bright finish.

The garage has been outfitted with a linear drain along the garage door and radiant in-floor heat. The exterior is clad with Maibec Canexel to match the house.

This aluminum deck was built for the customer request of an all aluminum exterior and decking. The cladding was chosen to match the house with aluminum railing, posts, soffit, fascia and decking.

It was outfitted with a barbeque shelter for the rainy summer nights.

This project was the completion of a Bonneville modular home.
It included permit acquisition design and building of the foundation, garage, breezeway, and decks; as well as, project management of the completion of the modular home.

The Multi level deck and breezeway includes a rooftop deck on the main building.
The garage is finished with radiant in-floor heat, trusscore and slat wall. The exterior is clad with Maibec Canexel to match the house.
